Society’s first bi-monthly meeting of the year 2013 was held on 23rd Feb at Smriti Nandan Cultural Center. Society’s very own member Mr Srinivas Garudachar gave a talk on Growing Orchids from Flasks. Mr Srinivas Garudachar, for many years has been successfully growing the orchids at his place with many variety of plants from all over the globe.
The talk itself was very insightful and informative. It gave all the members present at the meeting, a peek into what goes into the process of de-flasking and growing the orchids from seedlings.
